- Wednesday, 2 July '08 - And-a-one, and-a-two, and-a-three
First up today, we've got quite a special treat. A certain Andrew Brown, known to the forum community as King Bowser Koopa, has put together an animated short entitled "Dragon Story", for which he enlisted my help in providing the soundtrack. The animation itself is spectacular, so go ahead and view it here! (Unfortunately, due to a bizarre lag glitch at the end of the first scene, there's a bit of a hiccup that causes the background music to play approximately two seconds early, up until the final scene. But, never mind that and just marvel at Andrew's pretty pictures!) If you so desire, you can download an MP3 of the music right here.
Apart from that, I've uploaded two additional new tunes: Repetaton, a bit of an upbeat techno dealy, and Sunset Tumbleweeds, a fun little laid-back bluegrass-type thing. Enjoy!

- Tuesday, 1 April '08 - Sometimes, never is better than late
Well, it's been nearly half a year in the making, but folks, I'm positively tickled pink to announce that "Checks and Balances", the ambitious multi-part symphony
begun during last October's Inanimacy Appreciation Week celebrations, has finally been brought to completion!
No doubt you're all already familiar with the first two movements, I. Rock and
II. Paper -- and so it is with naught but the utmost pride and most heartfelt pleasure that I reveal
to you today the long-overdue remainder of the work:
